In all I do, across every pillar of this brand, one thing connects it all, a mission to help others define their lifestyle, put their potential over their past, and finally show up for themselves in a way they’ve never given themselves the opportunity to do before.

I'm Lauren Cashatt
Known for cutting through the noise and using her voice to help others succeed. I’ve run companies, trained leaders, coached men and women toward goals they’d stopped believing were possible, founded a nonprofit for those seeking recovery from Substance Use Disorder, hosted retreats, and volunteer and advocate for shelter dogs who can’t speak for themselves.
My path hasn’t been linear, handed to me, or perfect, and that’s exactly why I lead from real experience, deep empathy, and an unwavering belief in what’s possible when you stop waiting and start building.

Based in Los Angeles, married with two cats, Purrcy Jenkins and HEMI, and proudly the best aunt ever. Lifting is therapeutic and necessary. An advocate for addicts and shelter dogs, faith led, purpose driven, and known by those closest to her as LBC, initials and just a lil’ bit crazy. Known for her balance of assertive yet empathetic approach to people, challenges, and life. Relentless in her convictions, especially for those who can’t speak for themselves. Welcomes a challenge.
